Each pitstop is linked to a component part of the PitStop Meta-Model® and is supported by a range of high-impact exercises, learning materials and tools provided to participants in kit form – a sample of which are shown here.
Pitstops can be stand-alone, or as part of programs. Individual pitstops (above) typically last for a day or half day, with components being added together in a sequence to make programs of 12, 24 or 48 weeks duration.
