General Questions
Pitstop for Performance™ is an online diagnostic (or series of questions) on your organization, team and strategy. It gathers your perspective on what is working and what (if anything) could be improved in these areas.
Built upon extensive research across 47 markets and 12 industries the diagnostic gathers the data required to provide new insights on the performance and potential of your team, as well as to benchmark against other organization and teams. The diagnostic is thorough and extensive so it will take 26 minutes. However compared to the traditional way of gathering this information (e.g. meetings and workshops) it should save you quite a bit of time.
We recommend completing the diagnostic in one sitting, so you might like to get a coffee before you start. You will be finished by the time your coffee cup is empty. The objective is to ensure that you have an opportunity to express your views, as well as those of your colleagues. This means you can shape the priorities and decisions of the organization/team.
Gathering your views using an online tool means a more scientific approach, plus it saves time compared to the traditional approach of workshops, meetings and consultant's reports. The online diagnostic is completely confidential. The data (i.e. your views) is encrypted upon entry.
Your responses will be merged with your team to present an overall view.
Your premission is required before your individual data can be accessed by anybody else in your organization.Completing the Diagnostic

If you are having problems please check that you have a stable internet connection and a web browser with unrestricted web access*.
Please copy the link you were sent into your browser again. Take care to ensure that you have copied all of the link details into your internet browser (please note it may be long and can go onto two or more lines).
* Can you see news or other generate internet sites when you are at work? If not then you may be completing the diagnostic from behind a corporate firewall that limits internet browsing. If so, check with the network administrator, or simply access the link from home, or elsewhere.
Corporate firewalls are configured differently from company to company making it difficult to predict whether a simple webpage, such as that of the diagnostic, will be restricted in a particular corporate. It is important to note that you may be able to complete one or more pages of the diagnostic, before losing access due to a web browsing restriction by your corporate firewall.

We will agree a close date for the diagnostic to be completed, so as to ensure that the output is ready on time. The report will be generated for the due date, with all available responses being included. The link will remain open for a number of days after the completion date has passed. This affords people who are late an opportunity to have their say. However, we cannot guarantee that late responses will be included in reporting.
Administrator Questions
The diagnostic is designed for team members and stakeholders, so you can invite anybody whose views you consider to be important.
Take care to ensure a sufficient diversity of views. In particular we recommend that you invite people from different functional, role and cultural backgrounds to contribute their views.
Inviting people to participate is a means of building engagement and participation. So, ask people who you want to feel a part of the team, or whose support you may need.
Make sure that the team leader or sponsor completes the diagnostic - their view is essential. Their involvement is also vital to ensuring buy-in and support.
