Editorial Notes:
We believe every organization is different. With no single right answer, many perspectives are required.  Our objective is to pull together multiple perspectives and in so doing illuminate a topic or challenge from a variety of different angles.
Our early editorial meetings focused in on getting the right balance between positive and negative.  We quickly moved beyond that dualism to a 10 point scale reflecting mindset and in particular expectations from survival (1) to revival (10).  It is our objective to be of assistance to leaders at all points on the scale.
These insights are written for leaders, rather than an academic audience.  As a result, the style is conversational with a less rigid interpretation of the formal rules of grammar, punctuation or structure.
