We studied 10 life sciences teams, their organizations and environments over five years, gathering enormous amounts of data and insight in the process to illuminate the real-world opportunities and challenges they face, and most importantly, the strategies they leverage in dealing with them.
We wanted to understand how they maximize productivity and make resources go further; how they stay focused on success despite the many distractions; and how they ensure resilience and sustained momentum despite obstacles and setbacks.
The result is a framework and set of tools to enable product and product development teams to get more stuff done—that is, to get 3 %, 5 %, or even more important work done to tackle key obstacles or risks and manage the pressure they are under; also, to more effectively share information, improve decision-making, and even to bring out the best in each other.
