Leaders: Responsible for Finding & Developing Potential?
Show all

Performance = potential – interference

Performance = potential – interference. I love this idea from Timothy Gallwey. Today, because I care about my own performance potential and that of my team I am going to be more aware of and better manage the level of interference.

Of course interference comes in many different forms – internal politics, competing priorities or pressures at home, just to name a few.  Our Pitstop Analytics™ measures performance potential and scans for 200+ of the main sources of interference (what we call Performance Losses) for leaders and their teams.
