Last week I took stock of 3 important projects that I am involved in. Standing back I realized that (in the language of team guru Khoi Tu) there was too much ‘me’ and not enough ‘we’ in one of them and too much ‘we’ and not enough ‘me’ in another. It was a timely reminder that getting the balance between team and individual effort/responsibility requires ongoing work. Thankfully it is also something that our performance analytics (Pitstop Analytics™) measures.
